Rates are determined in large part by level of assistance required/desired with ADLs (activities of daily living) during caregiving visits, but can be influenced by specific care needs, complexity factors, that would automatically qualify someone for a higher level of care (ex. mechanical lift transfers), unique client circumstances, or additional agreed upon services. Provided below is a brief summarization of the ADL assessment structure used by Magnolia Care during your Intake Visit to determine which level of care each client falls into, which you can use to estimate your cost. Re-assessments are made every 90 days, or after a notable change in care needs (ex. after a fall affecting the clients ability to self-transfer and bathe independently).
