Onboarding
1. 15 minute phone consultation
Schedule a 15 minute phone or video consultation with me where we can discuss your current care needs, and see if we’re a good fit.
2. Intake Visit- $30 flat rate
Schedule an initial home visit where we can get to know each other better, discuss & evaluate care needs and support expectations, etc. and go over paperwork
3. Book Future Visits- $30-$40/hr dependent upon level of care required (4 hour visit minimum)
Book future visits according to your needs! Scheduling fills up fast so booking in advance is always recommended.
Booking Policies
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit equal to one third of your total booking cost is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-transferable for cancelations with less than 7 days notice.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once with at least 7 days notice. A new deposit is required if notice is not given.
Payments
Final remaining payment is due at time of service, unless otherwise arranged. Payment can be made via cash, check, or ACH Transfer. A $25 late fee applies to invoices not paid within 5 days of service.
